‘Being’ and Sharing in nature

Magical RETREAT DAY held on the
SECOND SUNDAY of EACH MONTH
from JUNE to OCTOBER,
from 10:30am – 5pm
(weather permitting – options available)
Take the opportunity of a day of enlightening the senses
in wonderful ways and feeling de-stressed, recharged and happy!
There will be two periods of silent reflection, held in magical surroundings, indoors and out. Being ‘in the moment’ and connecting with nature provides balance and inspiration for creative writing or drawing. As an alternative to a riverside walk there may be a visit to the standing stones at Stanton Drew for dowsing and/or elementary Chi Kung
