ASCENSION SYMPTOMS
As our vibrations change due to the different downloads of energies we are receiving from the universe, and the effects of increased solar flares, there are many varied symptoms being experienced by people, which differ according to their individual vibration.
It will be a relief to many of you to know that these are, in fact, ascension symptoms, as opposed to an early decline into premature dementia. This is because you are beginning to live more in the moment, experiencing only what is presenting itself now, as you adjust to
living in a higher vibration.
Here are some of the more common symptoms you may have experienced without realising what they are, and perhaps have been feeling anxious that there is something physically or psychologically wrong with you.

Memory Loss and general forgetfulness

Temperature changes in the body – either feeling extremely hot or cold when you know its an internal thing

Burning feet

Weight gain

Tiredness and periods of extreme exhaustion. This is from intense cellular mutation and rejuvenation of your cells to your original Divine blueprint

Aches, pains and sore joints

A feeling of pressure on the top of your head, or headaches and/or dizziness

Deafness

Unexpected and unexplained emotional releases

Digestive issues – Having a heightened sensitivity to toxins with an increase in allergic reactions and a need to eat very healthily and simply as you shift your frequency.

If not already vegetarian then adopting a meat free diet as you become more conscious of the generally inhumane treatment of animals. This may have caught you off guard, as you watch related media. You could find yourself unexpectedly feeling nauseous when you eat certain animals, and be unable to eat anything other than free range eggs.

Feeling emotional on seeing meat and poultry for sale at the supermarket

A need for more fresh air and for solitude/quiet time

An increase in your empathic and telepathic communications and connections to nature

A greater need to be with like minded friends

Increased need to stay away from noise, crowded places

Watching less or no TV – discrimination and inability to watch violence in any form

Not engaging with media, news etc because of the above and the sheer negativity of reporting

On a global scale, there will be continued abnormal weather and climate changes. This trend will continue over the next 13 years. Increased and decreased solar activity brings aggressive world behaviours and an increase of ultra sensitivity that can cause periods of depression, inwardness and anxiety.
