Time spent in the moment is essential for balancing our minds, bodies and emotions. Connecting to our spirituality brings an inner peace and joy, which strengthens and supports all that we do. There will be two periods during the day spent in silent contemplation with crystals, angels or the Ascended Masters to inspire creative writing or painting. The day includes a transformational group Divine Embrace Healing Transmission

You may join in or not as you wish. The shared experiences can be very healing, expanding our awareness of the Divine Love within
